CouponzGuru Malaysia is an online platform that finds the latest coupon codes and deals for online shoppers. In this Privacy Policy, we explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our services.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through www.couponzguru.my and any related services, resources, APIs, or communications provided by Vihaan We Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This does not apply to any third-party websites, products, or services that are or aren’t associated with CouponzGuru Malaysia. The Privacy Policy also doesn’t apply to any platform that is linked from our platform. By using CouponzGuru Malaysia’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

CouponzGuru Malaysia may collect categories of information such as full name, email address, IP address, usage data, device information, and other technical data. The following provisions supplement this CouponzGuru Malaysia Privacy Policy and apply where the relevant law governs your relationship with us.
Malaysia: Personal Data Protection Act 2010(Act 709)
CouponzGuru Malaysia is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 along with other applicable regulations issued by the Personal Data Protection Commissioner. We will process personal information in accordance with applicable Malaysian data protection principles and other applicable laws based on the user’s location. Our notice to you is standalone, clear, and itemises the personal data collected and the purpose of processing. You may have the right to correction and erasure of data, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death. We will resolve grievances within 90 days, depending on their nature.
Personal Data Protection(Amendment) Act 2024
The amendments came into operation in stages, with different provisions taking effect on 1 January 2025, 1 April 2025, and 1 June 2025. We will comply with these amended requirements where applicable.

These sub-processors are bound by written contracts that may require confidentiality, security, and processing only on our documented instructions. These platforms may process personal data on our behalf subject to agreements and legal safeguards. CouponzGuru Malaysia also provides advance notice of new sub-processors involved where required by enterprise customer DPAs.
